I just want to make sure that IV not forgotten People that stuck in PBEC. So far as an active member and an active contributor for IV I have to say that I'm dissapointed as far as the way IV addressed PBEC Issued.
Most of disscussion in IV forum seems like focusing on retrogression issue only.
for people that have their case are among 350000 case pending in PBEC the retrogression has no effect at all unless their case clear out before the retrogression get solved.
There are so many of us had been waiting for their labor get approved.
5, 6, 7 year are a long wait.
I noted that IV do have PBEC mentioned on the web fax, but please make sure that retrogression is not the main goal of IV.

You have to register the birth with the consulate (to get an Indian birth certificate) within a year using this form (see part II) (http://www.cgisf.org/visa/misc.pdf), following which you should be able to get an Indian passport. The USA will not issue a visa on this passport since it considers the child to be a US citizen. However, US policy in this regard does not matter if the child never travels to the US.

When my 140 approved, I bought my home thinking I will build Equity and own a home instead of paying rent. Now I am doubting if I did the right thing considering the slow down in Realty and uncertainty on GC. My spirits got dampened with the October visa bulletin. EB3 is once again back to world famous 2001 . Are there any 80000+ EB3-I petitions with a priority dates around 2001? Otherwise no logical reason in why this always go back to 2001? My friend and I went over the archives to find that over a period of 57 months, EB3 India crossed 2003 only twice - June and July 2007. So frustrating?

EB2, INDIA, PD APR 2006, EAD renewed till sept 2010, H1 valid till feb 2010 (non-profit company), I-140 approved, I-485 filed July 2007
I have a very good job offer and I really want to get out of my present job. They expexct me to start work next year in about apr 2008-- The new job is not in my present state but I am freaked out about using AC 21 for following reasons:
-New company has no clue about H1 and they cannot file H1 any way because they are "for profit" and my h1 is presently from non profit and the QUOTA is now over. My occupation still remains same -(I am a physician ---no way to change occupation -- still have to do same job !)
-New company can only give me a generic letter for employment (EVL) ---
"To whomsoever ---etc..it may concern..and only briefly describing my title and job description"
--- My questions to respected IV members
1) should I invoke Ac 21 ??-- I am worried that the EVL may not meet USCIS needs as it may not be fully detailed
2) The other option I have is to take a leave of absence from my present company for one year and start working for the new company? IN this case what happens if I get RFE for EVL ? Which company should I say I am working for present or the future ? Also If I do take a leave of absence should I send in AC 21 paperwork or no?
PLEASE HELP I am very confused--- I strongly feel that the leave of absence might be an insurance policy but I don't know how to approach it !!

Your wife continued screaming so loud that you had to cover her mouth to pacify her, bcos she peed on herself.
Wait a minute here, if I was a cop, I would definitely judge this as DV. Unless, you absolutely had shut up to begin with. No chair, no drag, no nothing. which now has to be proved as misinterpretation.
And any offer that your lawyer brings you is trying to resolve the case, You are the one who should decide whether this case goes to trial or not.
Past peeing incidences, where the neighbours heard screams should be kept in mind.
And finally, take English lessons, dude, your written English too is very poor.
You can actually submit this as a proof that you were misinterpreted, if this goes to a Jury trial.
Also, please Delete any proof of the incidence, including the one posted here. No one shold be seeing the 100% truth, your 100% truth is scary.

u have to presnt Exp letters for the term of experience mentioned in labor Cert...
if its BS+2 yrs..u shud be producing Exp letters for 2 years...

Only Eb2+ 5 years of progressive work experience requires all the employment letters throughtout the 5 years. Am I accurate?

You should get your EAD within 3 months of your application provided your I485 is already applied or applied along with EAD; EAD is independent of your I-140 approval.

Obama has done something. He made sure that we are in this pell mall because democrats are not getting additional 12 million supporters. Had he been only 50% passionate towards immigration as he was towards Health Care, we as well as millions of others would have been out of this mess. Lets see :). this whole thing sucks. USCIS cannot adjudicate even I-131 on time. We have booked our travel tickets after 100 days of Received date of AP renewal application and looks like we have to cancel our tickets and waste $1800. This really blows and its attrocity to the core that USCIS cannot process AP renewals inside 90 days time period and its a shame that they are not answerable to anyone.
Please post your info-pass experience. We are in the same boat. My wife's AP is pending since 6th June 2010.

I am on H1 and my wife on H4. Can she apply for EAD while I do not ( I would prefer to extend my H1) after we both apply for 485?
